Sr. Regional Ops Analyst - Ontario, CA
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the analysis, communication and tracking of all Metrics relating to budgets, service levels and performance for Staple’s multi-channel Fulfillment Centers and SDO’s in one of our eight(8) geographical operating regions.
Analyzes and investigates all variances to service metrics and budgets; works with Finance and Service Support Departments in developing accurate forecasts.
Develops open channels of communication between the Home Office and Field Management providing statistics on specific metrics that require attention or operational action.
Acts as the primary liaison between the Operating Region and NAD Support Departments (i.e.) systems requirements and failures.
Works with other Regional Operational Analysts to establish and maintain best reporting and analysis practices within the eight(8) geographical operating regions. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum of 2-4 years related experience preferred • Clear Understanding of "Best in Class" standards and results, and the ability to express them. • Adaptable, flexible, proactive professional style that can prioritize work, navigate successfully in a cross functional/matrix environment and engage support functions as required to complete the work • Ability to drive improvement by providing insight and understanding to others. Strong Initiative is key to success in this position. • Must be organized, detail-oriented and demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency • Literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc)
