Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager provides sales, agent training and design support for all Guth Lighting products within a Region. Furthermore, assists the Division General Manager in product development.

Key duties include:
• Meet or exceed sales budgets ($7-8M).
• Coordinate all Regional sales activities
• Manager select agents that can best sell the division's products in each territory.
• Train agents in the products portfolio for Cleanroom, Food Processing and Commercial markets
• Train agents and OEM’s in the latest Fluorescent, HID, CFL and LED technology adopted by Guth.
• Assist agents in product selection, design and lighting calculations for projects using Guth products.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales agents and OEM customers to increase sales and grow market share
• Manage travel schedule in Region to maximize revenue.


Requirements

• College Degree in a technical field
• Technical aptitude
• 10 years sales management experience in a closely related field.
• Excellent presentation/communication skills
• Able to react quickly to rapidly changing customer situations.
