We are looking for a Sr. SOA Engineer / Architect. This is a 2-3 month Contract to Hire position with our client in Nashville, Tennessee. • Candidates must have 6+ years building SOA based applications using .Net AND/OR Java technologies. The best candidates will have experience with both but a really strong candidate with only one would be considered. • Candidates must have 3+ years of recent Architect level experience. • The focus will be on designing presentation and middle tiers. • Experience with Flex is a plus but not required. • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. • Project experience in working with teams on large scale, long-term projects. • Familiarity with current user experience and usability research, theories, best practices and methodologies is a plus. • Knowledge of web user-interface technology. • Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills. • Excellent verbal and written skills. • Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams.
