  • Mortgage Services (underwriting, due diligence, valuation, field services, real estate asset management and sales and business process outsourcing)
  • Financial Services (receivables and customer relationship management – 1st and 3rd party)
  • Technology Products (residential and commercial loan servicing, loss mitigation, vendor management and electronic invoice presentment and payment software)

We are building an elite team of experienced sales professionals who will move mountains in order to reach their professional and financial goals.  As a Senior Sales Associate, you will have the ability to earn a healthy six figure income while working with existing customers from one of the best known global brands in our industry. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with existing customers to drive increased revenue. Responsibilities:

  • Solution based selling to an existing assigned portfolio of customers
  • Develop and execute sound financial arrangements to foster our business imperatives.
  • Execute negotiation latitude in order to align our business imperatives with the customers’ ability to partner with our solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers with ultimate performance responsibility.
  • This is an Inside Sales opportunity utilizing multiple customer contact channels
  • Limited account management activities, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated top sales performance and leadership.
  • Outbound telesales experience with a recognized industry leader. Consistently ranked in top 15% of your previous    professionalsales peer group.
  • Tremendous listening skills with an extremely persuasive phone sales demeanor.
  • Ability to think and respond quickly with solutions to achieve customer commitments.
  • Polished communicator and negotiator
  • High energy level and outstanding work ethic
  • Prior experience in mortgage or financial verticals  is a plus
  • Ability to immediately develop and sustain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently in order to achieve required sales targets
  • Solid PC experience with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation:

  • In this role, you will have six figure income potential
