Sr. Secure Systems Engineer (Senior Developer)

Role and Responsibilities: TCS has an immediate need for a Senior Secure System Engineer (Developer) to continue advancing the technology on our  TCS Trusted Linux  thin client product, as well as the creation and integration of new information sharing products. Ideal candidate should be self-motivated and work well within a team. Position includes working with cross-platform application architectures and creative problem solving.

Position Requirements: 5+ years of systems programming experience on Linux or UNIX variants (trusted OS knowledge a plus); C/C++, Shell scripting, and networking; 2+ years experience with installation and configuration of applications on Linux or UNIX variants; Knowledge of Trusted Operating Systems and other Mandatory Access Control (i.e. SELinux) technologies preferred; Involvement in Open Source projects (preferred); Experience with formalized software requirements and design process.

Other Pluses are: Python, GTK, Kernel development, and virtual environments (i.e. Citrix, VMware).
Education: Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
