Senior Software Engineer to be part of the iMM program's USR IPT User Interface team. Candidate selected will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to mentor junior developers. This person will have full lifecycle product experience using Java, Netbeans IDE, the Model View Controller pattern, and writing JUnit tests. This person needs to enjoy working in a collaborative environment. They will interact with other IPTs to analyze requirements, design cross-team solutions to technical problems, write test cases, and review documentation. Strong experience with investigating and debugging code to identify deficient architecture in a current baseline is required. This person may also need to interact with the customer to clarify requirements and ensure that the finished product meets their needs.



Required Skills:

-Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or engineering discipline and a minimum of 6 years software development experience

-Must have a minimum of 6 years of object-oriented techniques experience

-Minimum 2 years of Java experience

-Must be willing to work with in a team environment

-Must be willing to work with multiple contractors

-Must be a self-starter

-Must be a US Citizen with a current and active SSBI Security Clearance



Desired Skills:

-Spring, J2EE, JMS, Hibernate, Net Beans

-Mission Management Domain is a huge plus
