REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Analyzing customer requirements and software design specifications
- Developing test plans
- Using SQL to assess data in Oracle databases
- Learning new technologies quickly with minimal support and guidance
- Continuously improving process
- Working independently and collaboratively in teams
- Prioritizing work and working on multiple tasks
- Analyzing and solving problems
- Communicating effectively
- Interacting professionally with both clients and peers.
- Multiple years of hands-on manual software testing
- Willingness to take the initiative
- Ability to organize and manage time.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Programming with automated test concepts and tools including Mercury Interactive Quality Center, SOATest; and PL/SQL
- Supporting customer User Acceptance Test.
- Developing automated test scripts
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
