Education Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Perform quality monitoring activities as designated in the quality assurance plan
2. Monitor assigned functions, complete monitoring reports, and provide feedback to staff and/or management as appropriate
3. Monitor staff related to call monitoring, community outreach, data entry, and overall customer service functions
4. Researche systems issues, recommend preventive measures and participate in the development of systems changes
5. Provide the Project Director QA Manager with updates on all issues regarding quality assurance
6. Assist with development of QA Plan
7. Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Additional Job Responsibilities:

1.Initiates, develops and produces a variety of educational and communication strategies and materials to inform, educate and support participating vocational service providers in an accurate, timely and effective manner.
2. Designs, writes and prepares training/instructional materials, course materials, teaching aids and tools; including preparing alternate formats as needed.
3. Develops, plans and delivers relevant and timely workshops, briefings and presentations for Employment Networks (member service providers), State Vocational Rehabilitation agencies
and other groups as requested by SSA; this includes providing grant-seeking and funding resources and training.
4. Performs regular tasks related to the oversight, monitoring and reporting of participating service providers. This includes contract status, compliance, maintenance and reporting, including meeting requirements regarding the Annual Periodic Outcome Report.
5. Develops and conducts workshops, conference calls, seminars, forums and presentations for program service providers and other key stakeholders; travels as needed.
6. Acts as a resource to provide information and assist Employment Networks and State Vocational Rehabilitation agencies to function more effectively and improve services for Social Security disability beneficiaries
7. Uses Program data to identify and analyze areas of the greatest customer needs improvement and makes recommendations for solutions.
8. Organizes training venues, logistics, distribution, and accommodations as required to achieve efficient training delivery; oversees and coordinates any/all equipment or services necessary to ensure timely and effective delivery of MAXIMUS products, information or services for member organizations or other outside parties.
9. Actively participates in internal quality and customer satisfaction initiatives
10. In coordination with the Training Department Manager, participates in the training of new departmental staff; offers and provides regular team support.
