Would you like to work for a local company that is growing!?!?!

We are working directly with the manager of a local metrowest company to help them find a senior level DBA for an immediate need. They are initially looking to hire a consultant for this need but ultimately would like to hire perm. Candidates will be asked  to provide support and mantainence for 5-6 Sql Server 2005 production databases. (additional databases but these will be their focus). These databases store very senstive information.

Candidates will be asked to be the gatekeeper for any data moves, upgrades, restoring, disastor recovery, data imports, and ETL work.

24x7 shop - candidates will have to be available off hours and on weekends. ( the last time they had any unexpected issues was approx. a year ago - not very common at all). Do have regular systen maintance after 9pm - those tasks are planned out well ahead of time.

Must Have:

• 5+ years Sql Server 2005 DBA experience
• Disastor Recovery experience
• Experience with ETL
