JOB DESCRIPTION
Our product marketing goal is to expand market share by educating employees and customers on the unique benefits Juniper delivers for growing businesses while helping partners learn how to develop a profitable business model around our solutions.  We make it easier for sales, partners and customers to understand what products and services we have and the ideal product mix that meets their needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player to drive the Product Marketing efforts for our industry leading Wireless LAN product line. In this highly visible position you will be a champion for your products and responsible for executing the outbound market strategy for the business unit and product marketing and positioning of Juniper Networks Simply Connected solution portfolio. You must communicate and collaborate effectively within the business unit as well as across the company, including Product Management, Technical Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, AR, PR, Alliance Marketing, Channel operations, Sales and directly with partners and customers. You will be responsible for go to market execution including product release planning, collateral, sales tools, videos, and training materials.
Responsibilities:
•    Develop go-to-market product and launch strategy, and work with cross-functional marketing/product management/corporate marketing teams to execute high-impact fully-integrated programs that drive revenue growth, market leadership and awareness
•    Create content including product datasheets, ppts, white papers, demos, blogs, webcasts, Web content and needle-moving sales/partner enablement tools.
•    Define key buyers and influencers and develop messaging appropriate for each
•    Develop and deliver persuasive presentations including executive briefings, analyst briefings, press briefings, industry events, webcasts, and trade shows.
•    Anticipate and address needs of various sales and partner channels and geographies
Qualifications:
•    Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
•    10+ years high tech experience, 5+ years of product marketing experience preferred
•    Should be very comfortable with Enterprise campus and branch technologies including security, switching, routing and particularly wireless
•    Solid understanding of L2 & L3 networking protocols, demonstrate networking and security industry awareness.
•    Proven business and analytical skills to conduct market analysis, and develop and execute GTM plans.
•    Must have excellent written communication and strong presentation skills.
•    Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently
•    Outstanding ability to work well cross functionally (Team/BU) and with partners and customers.
•    Keen interest in technology, the ability to identify and explain technology, product, and market differentiators.
