Position Description

Sr. Systems Analyst



Sr. Systems Analyst to elicit and manage requirements for implementation of a CRM platform. Key responsibilities include:
* Create and execute requirements management plan
* Interact with business partners to elicit, document, refine, and verify business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements that are traceable to concrete business objectives.
* Create process models and data flow diagrams to graphically represent solution requirements
* Tailor information to multiple user audiences, including business partners and senior management
* Support prototyping activities to validate business requirements and solution definition
* Manage requirements in corporate requirements repository (Caliber)
* Create requirements traceability matrix

CRM will be a key enabler for a seamless customer experience across multiple product lines providing:
* A single point to view and manage customer profile - for use by consumers and our internal customer service representatives
* A platform to manage contact, subscription, and alert preferences
* Automatic replication of updated profile elements across key servicing platforms

Qualifications

 Education: BS Technical undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus, or B.A. with 4+years equivalent B.A. experience
 Financial industry experience
 Must have experience with web based applications - specifically Java
 Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis
 Ability to work on 'stretch' work assignments and act decisively when faced with critical problems
 Expertise in capturing functional and non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, etc.)
 Expertise with capturing requirements in Use Case format
 Expertise with Requirements Traceability
 Expertise with functional requirement specifications
 Expertise with Process modeling including data flow diagrams, flow charts, swim lane diagrams, etc.
 Excellent time management skills
 Experience with networked data management systems
 Knowledge and understanding of Software Requirements trends, directions and market experience; ability to relate them to own organization
 Knowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for capturing, storing, documenting, tracking, tracing, and changing business and system requirements.
 Highly developed oral and written communications skills
 Knowledge of system requirements definition (RD) processes and modeling methods and tools
 Excellent oral and written communications skills
 Demonstrated ability to develop and grow productive working relationships with all levels of business and IT management.
