    Sr. Systems Engineer - Call Recording

    Sitel is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer - Call Recording position.  The right candidate must have Verint Ultra 10 experience. 

     

    Will Relocate for right candidate and/or possible virtual position.  See below for position specifics:

     

    Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:   

     

    Responsible for the Verint Call Recording Application as follows:

    • Daily monitoring and system verification.
    • System upgrades
    • System installations
    • Application administration – creation of users, groups, etc.
    • System configuration
    • System troubleshooting – on-call will be required from time to time
    • Vendor contact – pricing, booking in consultants, financial reviews
    • System documentation
    • Other duties as required 

     

    Typical Qualifications: 

     

     

    Education 4 year college degree or equivalent

     

    Experience Target

    • 4-8 Years IT Experience
    • 2-4 Years experience with a Tier-1 Call Monitoring System, preferably Verint Version 10 

    Skills:  Working knowledge of:

    • Windows Server Administration
    • Network Administration
    • Telephony Administration
    • Voice Over IP (VoIP) Concepts
    • Verint call recording

    Knowledge/Abilities:  Expert knowledge with a Tier 1 Verint Ultra-Call Recording through Version 10

    Experience with Verint encryption desirable


    Special Certifications     : Cisco and/or Microsoft Certifications Desirable

     

    Travel Required <50%

     

    Other: Other duties as needed
