

Description:
The chosen individual will be performing System Engineering tasks associated with the shore based Trident II Weapon Training System program.
He/she will be a contributor on a cross-functional product development team performing technical tasks associated with the development of system requirements, system/subsystem design, and allocation of requirement changes to hardware and software products, system integration testing, and system verification testing for the Trident II Weapon Training System. The individual will be responsible for providing guidance to engineers in other functions on interpretation of system requirements and interpretation at the configuration item level. As a system engineer on the integrated product development team, the individual will act to ensure complete and correct product integration (hardware, software, documentation, production, installation, and test).

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an engineering discipline such as software, electrical, mechanical, software test, or field engineering.

Process compliant
Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related scientific or technical disciplines, or Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience (or equivalent technical work experience).
Applicants selected must be eligible for access to U.S. Government classified information, and must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and/or special access.
Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.
