Description:
Oversee and coordinate the day-t0-day operations of the Pittsfield ICS Hardware Engineering organization. The candidate will serve as the primary interface to the rest of the organization. Review the work of other Hardware Engineering Managers and provide direction on course of action, process improvements, corrective actions, program interface and support, review performance at the organization level, and other issues directed by and in coordination with the Hardware Engineering Sr. Manager. Must be able to work with all disciplines, and will be expected to work with the Sr. Manager to set strategic direction for the organization. Will have considerable latitude in achieving agreed-upon objectives and will interface as needed with ICS upper management.

Will also work with Program Managers across multiple programs to provide technical direction and work load planning. Occasional short duration travel is required.

Qualifications:
Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree in Engineering with a minimum 12 years of experience.

Minimum of 2 years of functional management experience or equivalent.
