The Senior Engineer shall:

• 
  
  Develop test plans and procedures in support of system/component evaluation.
  
  
• 
  
  Participate in and assist with testing.
  
  
• 
  
  Assist in setting up tests and test beds, automating testing, following test procedures and executing tests, performing analysis, and preparing reports and recommendations.
  
  
• 
  
  Design, develop, test, and document prototypes and products,
  
  
  
  
• Generate problem and change reports and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  
  

The Senior Engineer shall:

• 
  
  Lead and oversee the work of engineers and technical support personnel.
  
  
• 
  
  Have a minimum of ten (10) years of design experience in at least one of the identified engineering disciplines;
  
  
• 
  
  Have five (5) years of leading and overseeing the work of engineers and technical support personnel;
  
  
• 
  
  Have experience in developing and executing test plans and analyzing the data;
  
  
• 
  
  Have experience in discovering technical problems and developing viable solutions;
  
  
• 
  
  Have a working knowledge of Project Management best practices;
  
  
• Have good written and excellent verbal communications skills.
