Bestica is currently seeking a Sr. UX Strategist for our supplies engineering company in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Design program UI design specifications, workflow diagrams, and wireframes.
• Develop/delivery of UI design research, strategies, and languages.
• Work collaboratively with outside service providers to effectively manage peak workload.
• Maintain plans and schedules and resolve or elevate associated issues to Management.
• Understand, apply latest HCD principles and processes including customer engagement/requirements development, persona development, usability studies, competitor benchmarking, innovative design concept development/prototyping, design validation.  

Qualifications:

• Degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Industrial/Interaction Design, Communication/Graphic Design, or Comparable.
• 5+ years of product hardware/software application UI design or equivalent experience.
• Strong Information architectural/creative ability combined with attention to implementation details.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within and across organizational boundaries and levels.
• Ability to evangelize, build relationships, and educate colleagues and management on HCD methods and value.
• Current resume and digital portfolio of work must be provided for consideration.
• Ability to excel in an Engineering driven environment
• Manufacturing experience ideal
