Keane, Inc. seeks an accomplished Sr. Vice President to lead an account portfolio on a Regional, National and Global basis. The San Francisco Banking/Finance or High Tech Sr. Vice President will oversee client management and sales operations role for multi-million-dollar client/s in specific Banking/Finance and High Tech industries. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the IT Outsourcing Consulting Services industry including market assessment/strategic planning, and a hands-on role in new revenue attainment. To fulfill the requirements of this Executive opening, the individual performing the position should have exceptional communication skills with C-Level executives. The ideal candidate must also have a successful track record of bringing in new business through new and current relationships and ensuring client delivery teams are effective. Only those candidates with prior/current IT consulting experience selling to and working with the Banking/Finance or High Tech industry will be considered. Local candidates only. Specific responsibilities of the new Sr. Vice President will be: 1. Applications development and management experience, preferably with some offshore delivery experience 2. Demonstrate success in helping teams grow existing accounts and win new business 3. Experience working with any one of the following industries Financial Services and High Tech 4. Strong account development and management experience with demonstrated sales performance of $10M/year, with strong preference for $25M/year++ 5. Oversee, lead, hire, train and promote continuous development of business development staff 6. Extensive relationships and sales leadership experience 7. Must be able to generate or contribute to account plan formulation 9. Demonstrate successful experience working with interdisciplinary account teams (BD, Finance, and Recruiting) 10. Meet with prospective, existing, and former clients 11. Employ solution-selling techniques to identify business needs and develop customized solutions to solve client business problems 12. Demonstrate success as an executive leader in customer relationship building and management 13. Ability to oversee and supervise multiple contract engagements 14. P&L management experience Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or computer science. Advanced degree desirable. Typically requires 12 or more years of experience in IT Services Firms and consulting with at least 10 years of management experience at a Global or National level. Must have demonstrated ability to identify and develop client requirements and critical success factors and; negotiate large, complex solutions with the most senior levels at the client.
