We are currently hiring for an experienced Water/Wastewater Engineer/Project Manager to join our team here in beautiful Indianapolis, IN

Description:

The ideal candidate will possess 15 years experience working in environmental engineering, specifically related to water and wastewater projects. Duties will include project financial and technical management, personnel management, client relations, technical writing, constructability review, developing and maintaining project scope/schedule/fee, overseeing preparation and QA/QC of Contract Documents.

Requirements:

• Experience required on complex projects with water/wastewater master planning, treatment plant design & permitting, pump station, and collection/distribution systems design, feasibility studies, value engineering, etc.
  
• B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 15 years experience in water/wastewater engineering and P.E. registration preferred in the State of Indiana or the ability to obtain in 6 months.
  
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage water/wastewater projects; and experience in physical, chemical, and biological processes, hydraulics, and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant design; and strong verbal/written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work well in a team environment, strong client service skills, and team management experience are required.; fostering, developing, and maintaining client relations; project development, and familiarity with public agency work.  
  
• Supervision of staff experience and excellent communication skills required.
