Uline seeks a Sr. Web Developer at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (just over the IL / WI state line).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop n-tier web / Windows / mobile applications using ASP.NET 2.0/3.5, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Develop software system design, programming and documentation based on business requirements.
• Document and report status / progress of assigned tasks on a regular basis.
• Ensure adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards and quality levels.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices surrounding IT technology, processes and applications development / support.
• Work effectively with other team members on multi-person projects.
• Provide constructive evaluation of code and share knowledge / insight.
• Communicate with business users and analysts to gather accurate requirements for new enhancements and applications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7 - 10 years of development experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design.
• Proven knowledge of .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET 2.0/3.5, ADO.NET).
• Understanding of client-server architecture and MVC design pattern.
• Knowledge of AJAX frameworks, web services and/or Flash a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, SQL Server Enterprise Manager / Query Analyzer.
• Knowledge of relational database design. Proven experience using SQL Server and T-SQL, with ability to write stored procedures, user defined functions and SQL queries.
• Previous experience designing large-scale web / e-commerce applications a plus.
