Sr. Windows System Administrator
About the Job
Sr. Windows System Administrator supporting the Fremont, CA
campus and the Americas field offices. Should be able to
solve complex issues, possess good written and oral
communication skills, and be able to work with little or no
supervision. The responsibility includes troubleshooting and
resolving user desktop applications issues, client software
installations, Exchange email accounts creation and
configuration, desktop backup and restores, printing, and
imaging desktops/laptops with Windows OS. Ability to quickly
adapt to desktop business processes, interface with team
members, work in a team environment, escalate issues
appropriately, and remotely provide services to field
offices and home users.
Requirements:
Qualifications for this position are B.S. in Computer
Science or equivalent job experience. Minimum of 3-4 years
of System Administration experience required. Candidate must
be adept with MS Windows operating systems. Working
knowledge of Mac OS, Linux and network LAN experience is a
definite plus.
