We
are working with our client in locating an eLearning Designer Developer to create web-based financial product and services
training for an internal audience. The current training content is in the form
of features and benefits. This content
needs to be redesigned into effective eLearning. The outline and flow have been
determined. The client is seeking a
consultant with a lot of elearning design and development experience to enhance
the current design plan and create the actual eLearning using an internal
authoring tool. Qualified candidates
will have strong hands on eLearning development experience, backed by
experience in the banking or financial services industry (experience creating eLearning
for products and services a big plus).
Required
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology,
Education or related field highly preferred - 10+ years Instructional Design and Curriculum
Development - 5+ years eLearning design and development experience
- Must be highly skilled in eLearning development
tools such as Adobe Captivate, Lectora.
Consultant will be creating eLearning using an authoring tool. - 3+ years experience creating training within the
financial services industry including some experience developing training
related to financial products and services - Ability to manage
multiple projects within timelines and budget parameters while
meeting or exceeding client satisfaction
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 5-6 months
Location: San Jose, CA (partial telecommute).
