ACCOUNTING CLERK
Accounting Firm seeks Accounting Clerk to join their team. The person in this position will be responsible for preparing accounting records, and assist with general office duties as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and post general ledger journal entries
Reconciling and maintaining general ledger
Bank reconciliation
Reconcile credit cards and other accounts
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
Assist with audits and reviews
Prepare Sales Tax Report
Assist with budgeting and monthly cash forecast
Maintain various spreadsheets
REQUIREMENTS
AA degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
2-4 years experience in Accounting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and highly organized
Must have ability to complete assignments with minimum supervision
