Summary: Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services to the Finance and Accounting Department. This includes processing and posting payments from borrowers and insurance and tax disbursements. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure company finances are current and that vendors and suppliers are paid within established timeframes.

Posting Borrower Payments & Disbursements
Post funds to principal, interest & escrow
Post all disbursements for taxes & insurance
Ensure that all entries are assigned to the proper investor
Transfer funds to the appropriate bank accounts.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficiency of operations
Maintain files for all financial documents
Ensure confidentiality of all employee files and security of financial documents
Competency: The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and maintenance of the General Ledger
Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or four to six years related experience and/or training in the finance and accounting industry.
Computer Skills: Above average technical skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with Great Plains / MS Dynamics a huge plus.
