Staff Accountant
Staff Accountant
Growing company located in Jacksonville is seeking a staff accountant. The successful candidate must possess the following experience:
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts and assist in month-end close activities
- Prepare and reconcile wire transactions, approve invoices for payment, and track vendor payments and terms
- Assist in the continued improvement and implementation of internal controls
- Prepare for and participate in external and internal audits
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Must have solid GL experience with good analytical ability
- Great verbal and written communication
- Excellent MS skills
