Our client, a well established Nonprofit organization is looking for a team player with strong analytical skills to join their growing team as an Accountant. The position will be a great opportunity for someone who has the aptitude and drive to take on more responsibility with the G/L. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in an accounting department working with processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, managing vendor list, research, and special projects. A BS Degree in accounting or equivalent education/experience is required. 2+ years of previous nonprofit accounting experience is a must. Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, verbal communication and writing skills and superb time management skills are also required.
