ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Finance's primary responsibilities include financial reporting, corporate taxes, accounts payable, billing and collections, budget development and monitoring, underwriting, cash management, risk management, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions activity, payroll, disaster recovery planning, internal audit and investor relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will support and assist management in the execution of audits, with the goal of verifying contractual compliance. Under direct supervision, responsible for supporting assigned audits within the Government Audit Department. This includes participating in the design of the audit, participating in executing audits of low to medium complexity, and participating in the development of audit reports. Support on-site audits and support research of audit issues with appropriate cross functional departments to ensure responses are fully addressed. Support the development of responses under management supervision and approval. Responsible to assist in quarterly and semi-annual contractually required audits as needed to ensure the department meets its required turnaround time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Pharmacy Technican (CPhT) preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
At least one year of audit experience
Knowledge of audit standards, policies and procedures
Knowledge of government contracts, regulations and audits preferred
Knowledge of PBM/healthcare business operations and processes preferred
Experience working with cross functional departments to research and resolve issues using innovative solutions

Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a dynamic workload
Well organized with strong project management skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with presentation skills
PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and database management tools
Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information is critical
Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and travel
