The Retirement Plan Administrator position requires outstanding analytical abilities, attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving ability.  It is very important the candidate possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide an extremely high level of service to our clients.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities


  • 1 to 4 years of 401(k) administrative or accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
  • Experience with retirement plan software
  • Experience with documents such as amendments, restatements, SPD and SMM generation
  • Contribution calculations (profit sharing, integration, age-weighted, cross-tested)
  • Preparation of annual valuation/compliance reports
  • Preparation of Form 5500
  • Expanded work hours are required January through April
  • Other requirements include demonstrated attention to detail, time management, strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Achievement of or ability to work towards industry designations
