Join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator, Registered Nurse at our premier skilled nursing facility La Villa Grande Care Center in Grand Junction, Colorado, owned and operated by Five Star Quality Care. This position is a key member of our health care team. Primary responsibilities include orientation, training, developing and evaluating employee programs. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills. La Villa Grande Care Center offers superior training, incentive compensation programs, marketing support and more.

Required Experience
Current RN license, preferably with experience in long term care or geriatric nursing and current CPR certification.
