Our client is a very stable company in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina.  They are expanding their IT Audit team and looking for 1 new Staff Information Technology Auditor.  The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of systems audit experience performing a variety of GCC, application, and SDLC reviews. 

    · The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to assess IT risks proactively and be able to "connect the dots" between IT risks to the company’s business objectives.

   · The audit department measures success in terms of "positive impacts on the business" rather than "number of audit reports" or "high volume of findings."  Someone who knows how to identify control gaps and then work collaboratively to mediate those risks would be a good fit.

   · The IT Audit group is comprised of several very talented and fun individuals; they are looking for someone who works well in a team environment but who is also self-motivated and can complete projects individually.
