Staff Prog Analyst



ENSCO, Inc. has a requirement for an Operations/Mission Analyst with an ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE to support national level comprehensive technical and operational assessments of the effectiveness of deployed and developmental capabilities against the objectives of the global nuclear detection and reporting architecture.

Tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Perform and assist with the management of multi-disciplinary assessments, which provide an analysis of the net effectiveness of existing and potential future detection and reporting architectures in meeting objectives and requirements.
-Examine training, plans, procedures, protocols, system integration, deployed technologies and future technologies, and identify current and future potential vulnerabilities within the overall global nuclear detection and reporting architecture.
-Evaluate potential adversary response and reaction to the radiological and nuclear countermeasures.
-Incorporate lessons learned from activities.
-Evaluate the efficiency of information sharing and distribution between offices.
-Provide an independent assessment of the added benefit and effectiveness of planned modifications to the global nuclear detection architecture prior to implementation decisions.
-Recommend changes to the globally-implemented concept of operations (CONOPS) for alarm response, including decision-making, technical adjudication, and roles and responsibilities, to mitigate perceived deficiencies in the architecture.
-Attend assigned training, technical meetings, workshops, conferences, and in-process/program reviews, and site visits.

Qualification Required

-MS degree in an appropriate applied discipline with mission analysis/operations research and analysis experience.
-Familiarity with nuclear physics or radiological science.
-Experience with performing large, complex, national level assessments.
-Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
-Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests.
-Ability to travel approximately 25 % of the time.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED**
**Contingent upon a favorable customer suitability check**

Qualification Desired

-Familiarity with radiation detectors and material science.
-Familiarity with government protocols.
