Job Description:
The Staffing Assistant is a role that offers growth potential and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and team-oriented environment. As a member of NIBRI's HR Team, the Staffing Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance for recruiters in the hiring process, manage NIBR's summer intern program and provide recruiting support to other scientific and nonscientific departments.
Major Responsibilities:
* Assist HR Staffing team --preparation and maintenance of offer letter packets and related staffing documents, generation of internal and external offer letters for domestic and international candidates, scheduling team meetings, etc.
* Assist in NIBR University Relations recruitment/on-boarding/training and related HR processes for Summer Scientific Intern and MBA recruitment programs/initiatives
* Partner strongly with the NIBR Education Office, HR, and client groups
* Support additional programs as needed
* Support the NIBR Staffing team with career fair preparation and staffing events (career fair logistics; coordination of cross-divisional participation and resources, preparation of marketing handouts, Company representation at events);
* Manage Staffing invoices and related processes;
* Provide recruitment support for NIBR roles as neededWe are looking for a team player who is bright, flexible, innovative and results-oriented who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-4 years related experience in staffing or administrative support. Knowledge of web-based applicant tracking systems (BrassRing) is strongly preferred. PeopleSoft experience a plus. Strong organizational, process/project management, Written and oral communication, as well as Microsoft Office skills required.
