Savela Solutions, one of Alabama's largest privately held professional recruiting and staffing firms, is seeking a Staffing/Branch Manager to join our Huntsville, Alabama team.  The ideal candidate must be customer service focused with a proven sales record.  Account management is a requirement specifically with 5-7 years of experience in a role that involves business development, account management and recruiting. 
Major Accountability:

• Responsibilities include recruiting, staffing, operations, sales and relationship development. 
• Primary functions include, but are not limited to: marketing applicants to clients, conducting in person meetings and participating in networking events. 
• Recruitment efforts involve interviewing candidates for both contract and direct hire placements and making successful placements.
• Client development includes maintaining an existing book of business and developing new business

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years recent management experience with direct reports
• 5+ years experience in insurance, account management, financial services, staffing or human resources
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Client relationship experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid technical skills
• Proven Track Record
