Practice Director – Staffing Placement

The Practice Director is the operational leader of the staffing (temp) team, offering support and guidance to ensure growth in revenue and activity. The Practice Director is responsible for working with candidates and clients, lead generation, leading business development initiatives, and working closely with the team to ensure goals and objectives are being met. We are looking for an experienced staffing professional who excels in their current role and wants to be rewarded for teaching others to do the same.
The successful candidate will have staffing industry experience, outstanding leadership skills, previous outside sales experience, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve a superior client and candidate experience.This is an excellent opportunity for a promotion if you are a solid staffing industry recruiter. It is also an ideal role for someone currently in a leadership role that is looking to make a company change.
• Bachelors Degree required
• 4-8 years unsurpassed outside sales experience
• 4-8 years experience in successful staffing/temp placement
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated quantitative successes
• Ability to prioritize job functions and cultivate team
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Strong problem resolution and organization skills
