The primary function of this role is to support the recruitment activities for the company (Devens, Marlboro and Midland).  The qualified individual will work with the Human Resources team members on a variety of staffing/recruiting issues, including requisition management, interview scheduling, job postings, web resume search, and more.  This is a 3 month contract position.

• Develop and maintain an open requisition report and new hire reports
• Communicate with management and HR regarding status of requisitions
• Become expert user of Evergreen Solar applicant tracking system
• Coordinate the interview process in partnership with Recruiter.
• Assist the Recruiter in management of candidate schedule
• Screen resumes sent for consideration and upload into the ATS
• Manage the Employee Referral process
• Manage the offer process (including offer letters)
• Assist the HR Coordinator in general HR programs when necessary
• Document staffing processes and develop process improvements
• Act as key liaison to the supervisors for tracking of headcount with both regular and temporary staff
• Produce weekly headcount report for Finance using Excel

• AS degree, BA/BS degree preferred
• Strong PC and web systems knowledge/acumen (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) Successful candidate should have intermediate Excel skills.
• Minimum of 2 years HR and/or recruiting support experience
• Previous experience using ATS (applicant tracking systems) and/or web recruiting systems is preferred
• Interviewing experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently
• Understanding and adhering to strict confidentiality when necessary
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Basic knowledge of employment law is a plus
