Lancaster Foods, the fastest-growing produce and floral distributor on the East Coast, currently has an opportunity for an HR Staffing Coordinator to help support its tremendous and consistent increases in business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain HR Generalist experience and to continue building a career as a Recruiter! 

The right candidate will want to organize and manage the recruitment process for the Production Crew, including interviewing and evaluating candidates for vacant positions; meeting with management to determine recruitment strategies and presenting hiring recommendations; utilizing various venues to source for a diverse candidate pool; coordinating all background checks; conducting new hire orientation; and responding to requests for HR information from field managers and employees. Other duties include training, investigating employee relations issues, and other HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous non-exempt / exempt Recruiting or Staffing experience and will be able to develop recruiting SOP’s, policies, and job descriptions. College degree and previous HR generalist experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; previous warehouse experience and Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. This position reports to the HR Manager.
