We are currently seeking a talented Staffing Coordinator to bring experience and dedication to the HRCS team.  You will be working with a team of professionals recognized as thought leaders in the Human Resources/Staffing industry.
 
HRCS, Inc. is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our Recruitment teams.  The Staffing Coordinator is an instrumental role as this person will work closely with key Recruiters in meeting the very aggressive hiring goals for our clients. 


 


Responsibilities:



  • Schedule multiple interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and referrals; coordinate all details of interviews including travel arrangements.
  • Manage written and verbal communication with interviewees and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provide recruitment/sourcing support to recruiters.
  • Maintain weekly tracking reports.
  • Serve as a resource for candidates' questions (i.e., client’s business model, the interviewing process, position details, etc.)
  • Manage candidate files, including maintenance of internal databases to ensure comprehensive data collection of all candidates.
  • Facilitate the success of the team and all individual team contributors by providing all support and input necessary to serve our clients and the candidates.
  • Assist with special projects.

  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Desktop applications.
  • Strong Excel skills and reporting experience required.
  • Superior time management and task-juggling skills.
