Credentialing/ Recruitment Coordinator

About the Job

Immediate opportunity for a Credentialing/ Recruitment Coordinator to work full time our Largo & Tampa office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work in both Largo and Tampa (2 days in one office and three in the other - schedule will be coordinated with the successful candidate.)
  • Obtain and validate all required credentials from potential candidates
  • Maintain credentials on all caregivers
  • Work effectively in a high energy team environment
  • Prepare caregiver records for routine audits
  • Conduct group orientations and presentations
  • Assist with Recruiting new independent contractor caregivers
  • Attend local job fairs- Hillsborough, Pinellas & Pasco Counties 


Skills / Requirements

  • Travel to both Largo and Tampa location required each week (not on the same day)

 

Must be assertive and comfortable speaking to small groups 

  • Highly detail oriented and well organized
  • Proficient at data entry & strong computer skills
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous with tracking and follow-up
  • Thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
  • Healthcare experience a plus
