Flourishing since 2000, endevis now has 4 Midwest based locations with at least two more planned for 2010. We seek a leader, an innovator and an “owner” of our staff augmentation practice. We’re doing it okay now, but okay isn’t good enough. . . . . we desire a proven professional staffing person to first lead by example and drive business while utilizing our skilled and talented candidate acquisition center. The three year plan takes this business to well over $15M annually. When met, you will share in the profitability.
Yes, you would join us an employee, but our culture needs you to think and operate as an owner. We’d like for you to bring over 5 years of successful business development within the staffing/staff augmentation area. . possibly you are currently in or have recently been in an environment where you weren’t rewarded for your performance. . .where you had a recruitment support center that didn’t share the same passion as you for exceeding your clients expectations. . . .where you did not feel like you “owned” the business.
This is unique. . .it’s probably hard and challenging at times. . .but our ownership team with over 80 years of experience in the staffing industry will make it and your success worth your while and definitely an experience wholly different from the huge and sometimes lumbering “biggies” in our business.
