Tampa/Clearwater: Established Staffing company has an immediate need for Inside/Outside Sales/Business Development Professional with Recruiting and Staffing industry experience. We are looking for a strong sales candidate with the ability to close deals and exceed quota. Position is challenging and offers excellent earning potential for hard working candidates. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales and client development and servicing experience in the staffing industry. Must be familiar with sales funnel or similar business development process. Keys to success is an outgoing personality, great customer service to clients, being proactive and organized. Competitive team environment make for fun and challenging days. Top pay and excellent commission structure along with benefits. Salary is base plus commission.
