* Healthcare staffing industry preferred but not required

Qualified candidates need to be able to demonstrate:

* Two or more years selling experience, within the staffing industry preferred but not required (specific verifiable accomplishments imperative).

* Capable of developing and executing strategic sales, marketing and recruiting programs.

* Results oriented, accustomed to working independently with minimal supervision and formal metrics structure.

* College degree preferred

* Hunter attitude with great phone skills
