Financial services institution seeks an entry-level statistician whose responsibilities will include developing statistical models and decision logic to support risk management initiatives for the consumer loan portfolio across the life cycle.

This position will be responsible for consulting support to the portfolio teams related to the usage of decision tools, communicating results to diverse audiences, participating on teams to solve business problems, identifying modeling opportunities that yield measurable business results.

Specifications / Qualifications:

·        Master’s degree in quantitative field such as statistics, economics, operations research or mathematics

·        Hands-on coding experience in SAS

·        Must possess a strong understanding of statistical tools and their application to consumer credit business

·        Must have good communication skills

·        Must have US citizenship or permanent residence (EAD)

Salary:  to $65K
