Stock Plans and Data Administrator

Studies and researches all computer applications in Investor Relations Department; assists department personnel in operation of software and makes time efficiency recommendations; trains personnel in various software applications; obtains, uploads and downloads information from the Internet, as needed; inputs data for various software as directed by Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President, Finance; assists in answering shareholder questions; helps employees in all phases of stock option grants, including payroll deduction plans; administers and maintains Electronic Data Gathering & Retrieval (EDGAR) function for all Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings; lead contact for all data files for the Annual Report, Proxy and financial files; generates graphics from financial data for Board of Directors and Analysts' reports; prepares numerous reports for Directors Compensation/ Benefits Committee; assists in preparation of computerized presentations; coordinates updates of the holding company website; coordinates and maintains departmental business continuity plan; and complies with First Financial's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and all operating policies and procedures.

College education preferred, enhanced with courses/experience in computer and accounting operations; experience training staff in the usage of micro-computers preferred; internet research and financial institution experience desired. Requires minimum of two years in microcomputer operations; proficiency, accuracy and high knowledge in Microsoft Office; and good grammatical and proofreading skills for editing SEC filings and various publications produced by the department.
