We have an immediate need for a TIVOLI STORAGE MANAGER - NETBACKUP SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION
The resource would be responsible for providing Backup/Recovery and/or Disk/SAN administration support. Daily tasks include: scheduling and monitoring backups, performing problem determination on failed backups, reporting monthly measurements and managing storage capacity, making recommendations to improve environment, propose solutions to issues in a planned timeline, maintaining current documentation, attending scheduled meetings, and disk management (ie: extending file-systems, storage on demand, etc.)
Candidates must have current Storage skills and also reside in Dubuque, IA

Required Skill:
TSM and Netbackup

Experience / working knowledge of IBM 3583 libraries
Experience / working knowledge of IBM 3584 tape libraries
Experience / working knowledge of STK libraries
Experience / working knowledge of ACSLS software
Experience / working knowledge of EMC CDL device configuration and operation
Experience installing configuring and managing TSM server, client and data protection agent software
Experience installing configuring and managing Netbackup server and client
Experience with Arcserve
Experience with LANFREE TSM configuration
Experience with EMC Avamar product
Knowledge of Tape Area Network operation / configuration
24/7 shift coverage
Experience in UNIX and Windows Operating System
Experience with Data Migration
Experience with multisite data replication
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Ability to perform in a stressful environment
Experience in a remote environment
Previous backup & recovery administration in a diverse environment
Coverage may include 24/7 pager support
Must be able to start by 8:00am CT or before
