Customer Service Specialists (CSS) will prepare damage estimates and sell repairs to potential collision customers. They will manage the entire collision repair customer experience from initial contact to delivery of the completed vehicle. They will also interact with insurance companies throughout the repair process, following program guidelines. Previous Automotive Estimating experience necessary. Knowledge of computer estimating software for ADP, CCC, or Mitchell. Knowledge of insurance carrier Direct Repair Programs (DRP). Excellent customer service and sales abilities. Flexibility to handle on-going multiple projects.
