Store Greeters / Holiday Helper

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Store greeters for holiday season.
Answer basic questions (will receive training)
Put customers on waiting list for Sales Agent
Organize phone displays
This position is seasonal and scheduled to end 1/3/2010.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Great customer service
Understand Retail
Tech Savvy
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service/Retail environment

HOURS:
Schedule will vary. Store hours are 9am -10pm, 7 days a week.
40 hours per week + some overtime
Must be available for shift work 7 days a week.
Stores are closed only on Christmas day and Thanksgiving day. Otherwise no time off.
