We are seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
at our Auburn Hills, MI Location.
Customer Service

Performance Management
Has overall responsibility for managing the performance of the sales team and store sales results. Works with the team to ensure required standards for product knowledge, customer service, selling skills, merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention and store operations are consistently delivered.
Communication
Consistently communicates the Samsonite Company Store customer service standards by providing coaching and feedback to the store team in order to ensure that service standards are achieved. Plays an active role in serving customers particularly in finding solutions for customer queries and concerns.
Provides feedback on store sales and customer comments to the District Manager, in order to influence future product ranging/merchandising, in a timely manner.
Stock Management
Coordinates with home office team to ensure stock and sales management processes are accurately completed, and reporting requirements are met for all products.
Requirements
1 to 3 years Retail Management experiences
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A desire to exceed expectations
Sound decision making skills
Time Management skills and the ability to be organized
2 to 4 years degree a plus
