Job Requirements

• At least 2 years prior management background (preferably retail)
• College graduate
• Strong communication skills and an ability to motivate others
• Time management and organizational skills
• A positive outlook and a desire to be the best in all you do
• Flexible schedule - some evening, weekend and holiday availability required
