Responsibilities
· Provide outstanding sales and service support for the wide range of customers that walk in the door to your retail location.
· In partnership with outside sales, develop customer rapport and identify sales opportunities whether in the store or at the customers location.
· Maintain and expand your sales, product, service, industry, market and competitive knowledge and skills
· Provide general knowledge/training to each customer as they purchase new handsets/data applications.
· Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by having each customers issue resolved in the timeliest manner.
· Work in a fast-paced team environment with sales as your primary focus.
· Become a wireless expert in the ever expanding wireless world!
Qualifications
· Track record of success selling electronics, wireless, or other technology related experience is a big plus, but not necessary!
· Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Internet/websites, general computer knowledge, and other technology based products.
· Experience selling to multiple buying influences and multitasking is a key component of this opportunity.
· Must be able to embrace change; as the wireless communications world is changing each and every week!
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
· Ability to sell to technical, user, and business constituents.
· Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
