EZMONEY is looking for a performance-driven, self-motivated Multi-Unit Manager work under limited supervision and manage between 10 to 14 stores in a geographical area.  Provides leadership for a team of store managers and customer service representatives within each store.   Responsible for achieving company store objectives and plan results as well as developing and training staff to meet performance objectives.  Requires frequent use of independent judgment and discretionary reasoning within the policies and procedures of the company.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


 


Key areas of responsibility:


Superior customer service


Area leadership – oversight of the associate training and development


Exemplary P&L management


Execution of processes, including new product offerings


 


 


Critical tasks:


 


Establishes and maintains superior customer service levels within the area stores


Drives the business by directing, planning, developing and implementing the activities that reflect strategic direction and achieves company expectations.


Directs store management through audits, field visits, reports, and appropriate performance management efforts.


Evaluates store business results, mentors store managers through P&L reviews and routine store visits


Participates in the process of developing new store sites.


Oversees staffing and retention on a weekly basis, works with store managers, regional human resources manager, and regional director to ensure future staffing needs are met.


Conducts training of current and new associates.  This includes sourcing candidates through external methods.


Communicates effectively with all staff members openly to convey information, share best practices and resolve issues.


Manages to the area-operating budget.


Creates and maintains professional network.


 


Education and/or Experience:


 


Minimum 5 years experience managing a multi-unit retail area/division is required.


Associate Degree with retail/management focus.


Bachelor Degree in business management is preferred.


Previous Multi-Unit in a retail environment with high level of customer focus is preferred.
