HomeMade Pizza Company has stores within the Washington DC and Northwern Virginia areas. We need qualified Managers to join our team. We’re looking for talented, experienced people. Specific responsibilities:

-Ensures a superior “HomeMade experience” for all customers by demonstrating and teaching a customer first attitude

-Can create a team-based environment that inspires trust in management and loyalty to our brand

-Manages every aspect of operations in assigned store

-Makes staff-related decisions for assigned store

-Can hire and train all levels of staff

-Enforces all company policies

-Responsible for all scheduling at assigned store

-Drives store cleanliness and sanitation

-Responsible for all store financials (labor, waste, inventory, up-sell, sales)

-Makes supply, Commissary, and food orders appropriate to store need

Skills and Experience

-3-5 years of QSR restaurant management experience

-High School diploma and some college courses, college degree preferred

-Degree in hospitality management a plus

-Single unit management experience

-Demonstrated customer service experience

-Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
